Order Policy
All prices will be on Square meter, a minimum deposit of 30% of the full carpet price is required at the time of ordering. The balance is due when the carpet has been shipped. Your satisfaction is guaranteed by our return policy.

Production time for your carpet is in 60-90 day range. Carpets are woven per individual order, if it is not in stock. Stock carpet can bee shipped immediately. We will keep on sending you progress report and photos of your carpet in different stages by email. We appreciate your patience!

All orders will shipped to you directly from our factory in Nepal or World distribution center from France, Usually by DHL world wide Or UPS, Airfreight, Sea shipment as per demand by customer\buyers We will email you when your carpet is to be shipped. Shipping is not included in the price of the carpet for all the customers (if needed we can include on demand)
